Hi Everybody,
Well our luck ran out. We are stuck in Port-Aux-Basques Newfoundland at the St. Christopher's Hotel. It's pouring rain, windy, and cold.We will stay here an extra night and hopefully be on the road tommorrow. They are having a big wedding here tonight, Sue & I are thinking maybe they will invite us. If they dont we will catch a cab, that's right they have taxis in Port-Aux-Basques, to the local cinema and go see the Simson's movie. One good thing about this, we can do our laundry.

These photos look like Seattle!
What is pictured in the top photo? When we zoom in it looks like a small town on a bluff. We assume the water is Cabot Strait. Is that correct?
Laura and I are following along on maps, using Google Earth and AAA Online.

Too bad you finally hit rain,, but there is always some rain in life and on trips.

Splatz and I are a couple. He is my constant companion, follows me and tries to sleep with me. But, I do have rules and standards.
